Studio example:
Site deploying under studio model often requires all performers to belong to a studio. This will illustrate such setup.
Studio can self register and are auto approved. Studio administrator will then register performers and send to the site the paperwork needed for the performer approval. The system will automatically send to both the performer and his/her studio manager when the site administrator approve his/her, and the performer can start working right away.
Once setup, studio administrator will be be able to see their performer's earning, view or change their profile or images library, and even monitor their shows without being seen, and that even when the performer is in private show.
Studio administrator have limited privilege over their performers accounts. They are authorized to do common operation like resetting their password. They can also revoke performers, which will invalidate the performer account, however only a site admin will be able to approve a revoked performer.
Studio administrator can also compose and send emails to their performers. After selecting performers based on common criteria, studio admin can compose their messages and the system will automatically manage to send it individually to all of the performers selected.
Payment, private time and accounting
As said, studios are a way to simplify accounting and payment for the site owner, while it however offers lot of granularity for studios owners, up to them to rely on the system to do the accounting or not.
The first and basic way Frontick provide to manage private time and enable both the site admin and the studio admin to do their own accounting is through the private time reports, which provide a simple way to extract data from the privates sessions recorded, and display for each of them who was the performer, the customer, what was the rate per minutes, how long the sessions was, what percentage was taken by the site, how much was billed to the customer, and what was the payout rate and amount.
This report enables the site admin to generate the total of private time over a specific period of time, and the payout amount, that on a performer or studio based. It is the main tool to do paycheck at the wend of the pay period, and those report can be directly loaded in excel as exportable in CSV.
Frontkick enable you to go one automatization further, by allowing studio to enter their payout percentage for their own performer. If setup that way, Frontkick will records and track down individual performer payout.
In both way, for a site administrator, a studio is always aggregating all payments from their performers' private session, when ever frontkick is keeping track or not of the internal payout the studio is using.
