What's new in FKE 2.2?

Affiliates support

• Clicks, commissions on first or recurring sale, links and banners.
• Tracking of the affiliates commission and payment payment.
• Affiliates commissions can be setup on a site wide mode, per product mode or per affiliates mode.

Multi site support

• Expose the same group of performers through multiple sites, each site having its own branding and name.
• Customize different sites to use different payment systems.
• Track and analyze from what site the payment was done.
• All that with the same DB, same members, same performers and studios.

Maintenance mode

• Enable you to virtually turn off the site.
• During that time, all visitor will be redirect to a URL of your choice.
• Performer trying to start a new show will be disconnected with a warning message.
• Site admin will be able to do their work as usual.
• Once turn off, normal operation restart as usual.

Monitor panel

• Was rewritten to improve performance and usability.
• tabs can now be collapsed or expanded, as well as they can be dragged around to customize your view.

Lot of others changes:

• Better activeshow listing, better verification of the correctness of login name and screen name, ccBill support improved, lot of small corrections.

What's new in FKE 2.1?

Crash Recovery

• Sometime, bad things happen and your server crash. Until now, the recovery process, specially if some private show were going one, was a painful operation.
• FKE 2.1 introduce an easy way to deal with such exceptional event, asking the the minimal information to the site admin, and making sure the performer will get paid for any lost private, and of course that the member will be debited from the spent credit.

Simplified accounting

• With FKE 2.1, a simplified accounting is available.
• It replies on the new time and gifts reports
• The existing account is of course still available, but turn off by default as most of our clients prefer the new simplified way to present accounting.

Lot of others changes:

• Better real time monitoring, with new class of events logged.
• ccBill better REFUND integration, with automatic member ban/lock and credit deduction.
• New grouping mechanism better than the existing keywords, to order the online page show list.
• More CSV export for reports (payment, time, gifts...).

Studio support

• Performer can be registered under a studio organizations.
• Studio admin register their performers.
• Site admin approve them .
• Studio admin see the earning of their performer.
• Studio admin can monitor (stealth view) or kill current video show of their performers.
• Accounting will keep track of what the site is owning to the studio, including all studio's performer earnings.

Real time monitoring

• Real time monitoring panel, AJAX based, to reflect your site activity.
• New payments, private session start and end, new performer registration, performer starting or ending a new show, admin login...
  All those events will be display real time in one place.

Easy time and gift reports

• View private time, public time or gift and tips reports, per performer or studio.
• Chose the period you want to display.
• Report shows you online time, rate, billed amount, and site and performer payout.
• Export to excel in one click under CSV.
• This is the default when simplified accounting is on.

Multiple membership options

• While the default membership is free, you can add new membership products.
• Those new memberships can be used to to protect access to specific shows or directories.

Folders protection

• FKE let you protect specific directories by requiring specific membership. You can for example define a VIP membership costing 20$ and valid for 30 days, and use require a valid VIP subscription to be able to see the directory of photo and video archive.

Ban member from the member site on a per country based

• Once you imported the data mapping IPs to country in the FKE table, you can control which country are allowed to see the member site.
• Importing the data can be done through registration with IP2LOCATION or using any free provider.
• Possibility to customize the ban on a states base.

Multiple admin account with fine control of the authorization

• You can define as many admin login as you want, and grant them different privileges.
• For example, one admin can have a read only access to the admin site...
• Or, one other can have all access except viewing video show and changing member's credit amount or add any payment related transaction.

Gifts and/or Tips system

• Member can tip a performer.
• You can define a list of gift members can buy to offer any performers, and define their price.
• When receiving gift and tips, the performer will receive a message in her/his video chat room if online.
• Gift and tips may have a different retain fee than regular private session.

Email template system

• All the email communication to member / studios / performer is configurable through the FKE admin web interface.
• No more files editing, and a self explain list of dynamically-replace variables on screen.

Better control on free chat

• You can now limit non-registered viewer to see the video chat only, without being able to chat or see the current chat.
• Free chat (or public view) can be setup so that member staying in free chat for more than XXX minutes will be redirected outside it.

Credit auditing system

• Dual book-keeping of the member credit enables you to track down any change, error or hack of member's credit amount.
• FKE will tell you when the book-keeping isn't balanced with the current members accounts.
• Powerful auditing and anti-hacking system, linked directly with your payment records.
